We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. Once your booking has been confirmed, an electronic voucher will be sent to you and no changes or cancellation after that can be made unless otherwise approved by us.

Important Details

Please refer to the details below before you book.

Confirmation:

  • Please book 3 days prior to your arrival or departure. Your booking does not guarantee confirmation and will only initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. Once your booking has been confirmed, an electronic voucher will be sent to you and no changes or cancellation after that can be made unless otherwise approved by us. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
  • You can present this voucher to the driver. It is not necessary to print out the voucher. You can save on your mobile phone, tablet or snap a photo to show as proof. The booking is for one way transfer only. For return transfer, please fill up the return transfer booking form.

Hotel:

  • Please do not forget to provide us the accurate accommodation details when booking to confirm that your stay is within the city limits of Bangkok or Pattaya. We suggest you book your hotel prior to your arrival to avoid any issues during Immigration process.

Meeting point:

  • Upon your arrival at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the pre arranged meeting point. For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver.

Transportation type:

  • Please take note of the number of passengers and your luggage before you book. Seating area will be reduced if the number of luggage is more than the allocated.
  • VIP Van (Toyota Commuter) – maximum 10 Passengers and 10 standard luggage
  • Mini SUV (Toyota Fortuner/Innova) – maximum 3 Passengers and 1 child + 5 standard luggage
  • Sedan (Toyota Altis/Camry) – maximum 3 Passengers and 1 small child + 4 standard luggage The driver will wait for you up to 3 hours from your flight landing time.
  • If you are delayed longer than 3 hours after landing, please contact us to check if the driver is still available. If you are not contactable after 3 hours, we will consider the transfer cancelled.

Note: We strongly suggest that you purchase a Local Sim Card when you arrive at the airport for the ease of communication.

  • All payment to be made directly to the driver via CASH in Thai Baht. We suggest that you exchange your money to local currencies before you proceed with your travel. Tips to the driver is not compulsory and the gratuities is up to your preference if you like their service.

  1. We will furnish the details of the driver at least 1 day prior to the departure. Please ensure that you provide us with a genuine contact so that we can inform you.
  2. Actual itinerary may vary subject to weather or transportation conditions.
  3. If your flight is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we appreciate if you could try your best to inform us. We ask for your flight details so that we can track your flight. We will keep track on the delayed flight and will arrange accordingly. Short delays will not affect your reservation.
  4. In the case where the hours of delay is not specified, we will monitor and advise accordingly.
  5. Tips is not compulsory to the driver. However, your good gesture is highly appreciated if you are satisfied with their service.
  6. We reserved the rights to reject any booking or refund if the traveler in unable to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
