For Malaysian and Singaporean customers, a booking fee is required to reserve our tour packages. This is to enable us to secure the drivers from our partners and to confirm the booking, especially during peak season. This also will enable us to secure special entrance passes at special rates to tourist attraction places which can be sold out if not booked earlier. For overseas travelers, you can pay the full amount to the drivers directly in Thai Baht.

In the case that your itinerary is delayed or cancelled due to force of nature or urgent situation and you are unable to arrive on time, it is your duty to inform us or the driver respectively. A maximum of 2 hours will only be allowed before the local partners advise whether to proceed further or to cancel the trip or to shorten the itinerary. All changes will be subject to our approval or arrangements.

In the event of a cancellation, It is your duty to provide us a proof for the refund request. Refund would be at our sole discretion.

Customers are able to choose to adjust the date or use the booking fee for your future booking with us without the need for a refund. The booking fee will be held by us for a period of 6 months from the date of booking. Customers can choose to transfer the booking fee to another person. It is your responsibility to provide us with the individual’s information so that we can make the arrangement accordingly.

No refunds will be permitted due to your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of our booking. All refunds are subject to our prior approval. We will process your cancellation/refund request within 2 weeks from the date of booking. You fully acknowledge and agree that the amount refunded may differ from the amount you originally pay due to the foreign exchange rate, or the administration fees or service fees collected by the bank or the payment processor.

We will NOT accept cancellations unless we have received a valid proof to show the circumstances which led to the cancellation of the tour.
